“Jeffrey joined the company in May 2019 as a Sales Account Manager in Upstate New York. As business expanded, he stepped in to support both sales and field operations until staffing caught up. That adaptability and technical insight led to a promotion to Mechanical Technical Manager, where he provided real-time guidance and mentorship to the growing team.
He continued to build on that leadership as Service Operations Manager, focusing on automation and streamlining the day-to-day—developing systems to keep operations running smoothly across teams and state lines. Now as Service Division Manager, Jeffrey oversees a diverse team of 35 technicians, administrative staff, project managers, and sales account managers across New York and Vermont.
He’s known for his calm, organized approach and for building systems that help people succeed. Whether he’s mentoring a team member or improving a process, Jeffrey brings clarity, consistency, and care to the work.
When he’s not at work, there’s nothing he enjoys more than spending time with his wife and children—that same sense of commitment carries into everything he does.”
